Elastomer expansion joints
VS-FLEX permits the convenient installation of roadway expansion joints both in new constructions and during renovation work.
The roadway expansion joint can be adapted to any bridge geometry.
VS-FLEX is able to absorb the horizontal and vertical movements of the bridge in both the longitudinal and transverse directions. These products are designed to be watertight. They are fixed to a steel substructure or directly into concrete.
The surface exposed to the traffic is particularly wear-resistant. The completely closed rubberised mats contain integrated vulcanised steel elements that give the joint its outstanding stability.
