In the pot bearing with uniaxial displacement, the longitudinal and transverse movement of the bridge is assured by means of a guide piece and a guide groove in the sliding plate. The bearing is able to permit sliding movements due to the PTFE disc integrated in the cover and the sliding sheet which is welded onto the bottom of the sliding plate.
