Elastomeric bearings as per DIN EN 1337-3
Elastomeric bearings are able to absorb substantial movements. They are a cost-efficient solution for small to medium loads, movements and rotations.
Operating principle
In the fixed elastomeric bearing, the loads and movements of the bridge are absorbed by an elastomer block. In the case of the uniaxial elastomeric bearing, the longitudinal movement of the bridge is absorbed in a single direction via the elastomer. The bearing is guided by means of welded-on guide rods. In the multiaxial elastomer bearing, the movements are dissipated in all directions via the elastomer.
Product advantages
- For the absorption of forces up to 15 MN
- Easy to install
